Body voltage is nonsense (Elektrosensibilität)

For measurung the body voltage according to the SBM2008, one has to use a multimeter, connected to ground and a handelectrode for the hand, wherby the person should lie on a bed (potential free).

In my opinion measuring the body voltage has nothing to do with the real field exposure, it's a "nonsense-measurement".

Explanation: In this measurement the currents, which are capacitively coupled to the body are measured against "earth" potential (ground).
The capacitance from a power line to the body is very small, but the capacitance between the body to floors and ceilings is way off higher.
The earth potential has nothing to do with the electrical potential in floors, walls and ceilings of a house, because the embedded reinforcement in the floors is typically not connected to earth. In most cases there is a significant voltage across the reinforcement to earth potential, which is higher, than the real "body voltage" to the reinforcement, especially in multi-storey houses.

As a result you are often effectively measuring the potential of the reinforcement to earth and estimating electrical field strengths for the body which have nothing to do with the real exposure to an electrical field.

Also with "earth" you are bringing a potential to the body which may be far away otherwise. As you know field strength depends on voltage across a distance, which is artificially decreased in this measurement and therefore the field strength estimation is exaggerated.

Taking this into account the following effect can be often observed, that the "body voltage" measured according to SBM2008 is low in the cellar, higher on the first floor and may be several times higher in the roof, because the electrical potential of the reinforcement in the roof is several times higher, than in the cellar and not necessarily because the field strength for the body is higher.
