Mir liegen dazu, (ebenfalls aus Brüssel) gegenteilige informationen vor. Sie lauten:

"... a small sum had been recovered ... but made clear that this was not related to the "scientific misconduct" mentioned ... ",
weiters
" ..... emphasising that it was not related to the earlier reported scientific misconduct."

Zu deutsch : Man bestätigt eine kleine Rück-Überweisung, aber man betont wiederholt das Gegenteil von dem was Lerchl daraus machte.

Hier noch einmal der komplette Text der Email, wie er bereits hier veröffentlicht worden ist: "The Medical University of Vienna (MUV) was asked in 2009 to reimburse a relatively small sum of money - about 8300 euros, relative to a total EU funding of about 187 000 euros for this partner, for a project called REFLEX, investigating potential hazards from low energy electromagnetic fields including those from mobile phones. This amount corresponds to the costs charged to the EU grant for the work of one employee which had lead to the publication of scientifically unjustifiable statistical information in 2005. The rest of the funding received by the MUV was found to have been used fully in line with the agreed project parameters. The MUV recognised scientific misconduct (fabrication of data) in the frame of another completely separate study. This study however was not supported by the REFLEX grant or any other EU funding source."

Nur Herr Lerchl kann, um nicht wie ein Lügner dazustehen, einen eventuellen Brüsseler Irrtum aufklären, indem er komplett und ungekürzt herzeigt was er in Händen (am Bildchirm) hatte. Wenn in dem von ihm erwähnten Schreiben (Email) der Hinweis "not related to ... scientific misconduct ... " fehlt, ist es eben ein Irrtum, ist er drin, hat Lerchl mit Vorsatz gelogen. Egal wie man es dreht, kennt man die ganze Geschichte so sind Lerchls Auslassungen dazu unwahr.

Mir ist überhaupt nicht klar, worauf Herr Mosgöller eigentlich hinaus will. Wo sind meine Aussagen unwahr? Das ist doch alles so klar, wie es nur sein kann.
