Comet-Assay (1) mit 80 V/m (Forschung)
For both, alkaline and neutral comet assays, slides were left in the solution for 40 min for equilibration and unwinding of the DNA before electrophoresis. Electrophoresis conditions (25V, 300 mA, 4 â—¦C, 20 min, field strength: 0.8 V/cm) were the same for neutral and alkaline comet assay.
Die Werte sind für mich unerwartet niedrig. Und weil z.B. die aufgebrachte Feldstärke mit 0,8 V/m so niedrig ist ...
Verzeihung, da muss mich doch ein Augenpaul befallen haben: Nicht 0,8 V/m sondern 0,8 V/cm,
also das ganze x 100 = 80 V/m!
Und woher kommt's? Weil wieder einmal die Basiseinheit Meter ohne Not in Zentimeter verändert wurde.
