Dänische Kohortenstudie Update nicht in 2B eingeflossen (Forschung)

Ich wollte heute von Schüz wissen, ob bei der 2B-Wertung der IARC denn nun die Kohortenstudie mit/ohne Update eingeflossen ist, doch er ist auf Reisen und kommt erst am 4. November zurück.

Wie ich von Frau Frei erfahren habe, ist die Studie, die jetzt im bmj erschien, erst im September zur Veröffentlichung angenommen worden. Daher dürfte sie - zumindest offiziell - nicht in die Entscheidungsfindung eingeflossen sein.

Steht doch alles in der aktualisierten Fassung der IARC drin, auf die ich verwiesen habe:

In October 2011, the British Medical Journal published an update of a nationwide Danish cohort study of mobile phone subscribers1, a joint work between researchers from the Institute of Cancer Epidemiology, Danish Cancer Society, and the IARC Section of Environment and Radiation. This study showed no link between mobile phone use, including longer term use of more than 10 years, and the risk of glioma or any other brain tumour. These are new results that were not available at the time of the IARC Monographs meeting.
