In the interest of transparency, would it not make sense to publish grants (subsidies) in a list (subsidizer and amount) in the future?
The level of transparency that ICNIRP provides is very adequate. It is in accordance with current governance rules as stated for example by organizations with an interest in accountability of non-profit organizations such as Transparency International Germany.

ICNIRP provides complete information in its annual reports which entail a detailed budget showing the income (by category: public subsidies, books and workshop fees) and expenses (by category: staff, meetings, etc.). In addition, and this goes beyond most requirements and recommendation for transparency, a list of all organizations providing subsidies to ICNIRP is provided in each annual report.

The level of governance (transparency and accountability) provided by ICNIRP is also higher than in many other similar organizations or groups in the NIR area as well as in other areas in the non-profit sector or in political groups.

In addition you may be interested in reading a summary of how ICNIRP is funded:

ICNIRP does not receive any funds from industry. ICNIRP’s funds stem from grants provided by non-profit governmental and scientific organisations. In terms of current funds, the majority of these come from the German Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, with smaller contributions coming from the European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation ("EaSI") 2014-2020 (EC - Directorate General Social Affairs), the International Radiation Protection Association (IRPA), the New Zealand Ministry of Health, and the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA). Other support in terms of meetings and workshop facilities or travel expenses is provided from time to time by the members’ institutes and national radiation protection authorities where an event is taking place. The ICNIRP budget is reported in the annual reports available on the ICNIRP website.
