Die oben verlinkten Arbeit liefert sicherlich zuverlässige Angaben über die Funktion der RNCNIRP,was immer wieder Gegenstand von Diskussionen in diesem Forum war.

Auszug aus der obigen Review Arbeit zu den Hintergründen der niedrigeren russischen Grenzwerten:

The Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (RNCNIRP) was created in 1997 by the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (RAMS) within the framework of the Russian Scientific Commission on Radiation Protection (RSCRP);
RSCRP acts as the chair of RNCNIRP. The RNCNIRP includes 40 specialists, 38 of whom are qualified scientists, and 2 are representatives from the Ministry of Health. This is an independent scientific committee that has no financial support except by the committee member’s own institution. The Ministry of Health considers the recommendations of the RNCNIRP when setting standards.
